Monthly Salary Range:
HK$34,485 – HK$52,095 (Grade of Senior Executive Officer)
HK$20,705 – HK$43,350 (Grade of Executive Officer)
Duties: The appointee will assist in administrative, human resources and knowledge management matters for the Institute and its centers, affiliated and joint, on the Mainland. He/She will also undertake projects in setting up new learning centre on the Mainland and implementing administrative and human resources policies and procedures, liaise with internal/external parties, prepare regular and ad hoc reports, provide secretarial support to committees, supervise support staff and perform any other duties as assigned by the Head and the Administrative Officer. The appointee will be based in Hong Kong but may be required to travel to the Mainland from time to time.
Requirements:Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ relevant working experience and preferably have solid experience in the areas of Administration and Human Resources in Mainland. They should be service-oriented, detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and supervisory skills, interpersonal and communication skills, excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and strong computer proficiency are required. Experience in Human Resources and Administration will be an advantage.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Executive Officer.
Terms of appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will be for 2 to 3 months. There will be a possibility of changing to a 2-year gratuity-bearing contract for good performer.
